BayWest represents Sweet Sue’s Bakery (Brisbane, CA) www.sweetsuespastries.com which is a Bay Area manufacturer of premium quality, all butter, freezer-to-oven croissants, danishes, turnovers, & doughs.  John at BayWest has represented many pastry & dough companies throughout the years (i.e. Pillsbury, Awrey’s), but finds Sweet Sue’s products to be in a class of their own. All of Sweet Sue’s products are pre-proofed, egg-washed, & still made by hand in a facility in Northern California.
